The Himalayan Personal Growth Workshops are weekend events held in the Mukteshwar/Sitla/Satkhol area (Nainital District, Uttarakhand). Workshops are organised for small groups of people where individuals are led through a series of exercises based on established techniques in areas, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. These are scientifically validated methods, informed by years of research and practice in the field of psychology.
If you are a small group of people (8 to 10 people), we can organise a workshop specifically for your group and it can be tailored to your needs and interests.
